Matryoshka 2026 was barrel-aged in a blend of Basil Hayden whiskey barrels, Bernheim Wheated Whiskey barrels, Freeland Bourbon pinot noir–conditioned barrels, Russel’s Reserve whiskey barrels, Westland Whiskey barrels, and a blend of 12 to 48-month stout conditioned in Westward Whiskey barrels.

Pumpkin ale with spices and coffee

This beer erupts with a floral, hoppy taste, followed by a well rounded malty middle, finishing with a nicely organic hop flavor. Locally sourced two row grain and a blend of specialty malts give our amber its rich taste. Further complexity is achieved by leaving the beer unfiltered. Lastly, we dry hop with locally grown, Yakima valley hops creating what has become the original, cult classic, northwest amber ale.

Kam Chancellor IPA

As you might've guessed we're from Germany, but what might surprise you is that we’re the world’s first Hefeweizen (wheat beer) grapefruit beer. Best served cold, it’s the perfect casual brew to cool you off during the summer, but it can be enjoyed all year round any time of the day.

Chardonnay captures the cool-climate terroir of Santa Barbara County at its best. Stone fruit aromas segue to flavors of green apple and zesty citrus on the palate, framed by a lively, refreshing finish. This clean, un-oaked style of Chardonnay is elegant and lean—the perfect complement for light pastas, grilled fish or summer salads.

Combining elegance and approachability, our 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon opens with rich aromas of blackberry bramble, accented by nutmeg and mocha spices. The Tiamo Pinot Grigio is sourced from a certified organic vineyard near the town of Treviso in the Veneto wine growing region of Italy. No oak is used in making the wine in order to keep it fresh and crisp but the wine is also floral and full of fruit due to the high quality of the organic grapes used in its production.

A dry crisp cider with perfectly balanced citrus notes, hints of green grape skin, nectarine pith and a lingering pepper quality.

Hazy IPA showcasing the Idaho 7 hop. Experience the surprising depth of complexity possible from a single hop IPA. This beer has a bright sunny straw color, with a billowing fruity nose.
