Star bright with lemon hues, this Columbia Valley Pinot Gris shows classic aromas of crushed Golden Delicious apple, orange pith, Meyer lemon, white peach, and a touch of spice. Showing depth and richness with its distinct core of acidity and minerality, the palate offers a refreshing hint of lemon, lime, pear, apple, orange blossom, and tea followed by a burst of mouthwatering acidity

Defined notes of tangerine, baked apple, and candied pineapple lead to enticing aromas of vanilla, cinnamon, and honeydew melon. On the palate, this wine shows plentiful amounts of citrus, honeysuckle, and fresh-cut pear. Oak aging provides nuances of clove, cinnamon, and similar baking spices, adding a range of complexity to this Washington State Chardonnay.

American craft cider from Washington dessert apples with watermelon juice. On the sweeter side of semi-dry. Light to medium bodied. Low tartness and acidity. No bitterness, sourness, funk, or tannins. Notes of watermelon and a hint of white grape. Quick finish. Low apple flavor and complexity. Low to moderate flavor intensity. High sessionability.

This beer erupts with a floral, hoppy taste, followed by a well rounded malty middle, finishing with a nicely organic hop flavor. Locally sourced two row grain and a blend of specialty malts give our amber its rich taste. Further complexity is achieved by leaving the beer unfiltered. Lastly, we dry hop with locally grown, Yakima valley hops creating what has become the original, cult classic, northwest amber ale.
