Brazilian inspired cider with lime

2021 was an extremely warm vintage, so we took extra care in the vineyard to keep these grapes shaded and protected from the extreme sun in order to produce a wine that still shows elegance and balance. This wine offers the perfect middle ground between the more New World, fruit-forward style of the Horse Heaven Hills and the more herbal, grassy style of New Zealand. This wine opens up with bright citrus, honeydew, and fresh herbs. The palate is full of grapefruit, Meyer lemon, and mouth-watering acidity that brings a crisp, refreshing finish. While it’s great on its own, try this lovely white with fresh Puget Sound oysters and/or scallops, lightly seasoned roasted fish with potatoes and thyme, or pair with a refreshing mandarin or spring Panzanella salad.

Handcrafted with care and creativity, Backwoods old fashioned Root Beer is a non-alcoholic treat full of bold flavors.

A crisp and approachable Hazy IPA designed for everyday drinking that packs a punch of tropical fruit, peach, and melon from the Citra®, HBC 630, HBC 1019, and Citra® HyperBoost™ hop additions - all hops grown on our family's 4th generation hop farm.

Our Scotch Ale became a Northwest classic with the inaugural brew in 1995. The long boil in the kettle caramelizes the wort, producing deep-copper tones. Scotch Ale’s signature malt character is crafted for pure enjoyment.

Robust and silky, the Chocolate Espresso Martini marries rich Peruvian coffee with dark chocolate notes creating a slice of mocha heaven.

In 2026, Shred, Uprise Brewing and Fort George present an IPA that is out of this world. Formed by the arts of brewing and astral projection, imbued with a miraculous intelligence that defies scientific explanation, 3-Way IPA 2026 is the beer of summer. Comprising an immense quantity of varied hop matter, the finest malts and a cheerful, friendly spirit - it’s a Hazy Double IPA of galactic proportions. This beer taught us that patience truly is a virtue. KBS is a big imperial stout brewed with a massive amount of coffee and chocolate and then bourbon barrel-aged to perfection. Incredibly silky and full-bodied with notes of vanilla, cocoa, roasted coffee and charred oak.

Founders optimized the flavor of fresh raspberries added at multiple stages during fermentation. This stunning berry red masterpiece is the perfect balance of sweet and tart. No question about it, with a hefty malt bill and 5.7% ABV, this beer is 100% Founders.

Collaboration with the Rock Band Thunderpussy! Packed with hop aroma, this IPA will smack your face with hoppiness. A mellow malt flavor sits quietly in the background and provides 6.6% ABV, yet the hops shine through. Citrus with fruity tropical hop aroma. Unfiltered and unfined, cloudy and full-flavored. Malts: Pilsner, Pale, Cara-20 Hops: Citra, Mosaic, Amarillo, & Equinox

Finally, a beer that pays homage to the hard workers in our Valley. The trail crews and farmers, the lumberjacks and firefighters, we brew this for you! With these folk in mind, we’ve created an Amber Lager that features a smooth, medium body, with a rich toasted malt aroma. Dirtyface's initial malty sweetness finishes fresh and clean... unlike its name. No need to wash up, just wash down.

Mexican Chocolate meets Irish Death!

Wherever you are or wherever you may be headed, take this beautifully balanced Irish Style Red Ale with you and be complete. Carefully selected malts, combined with 3 hop varieties make this the perfect beer for any adventure…..even if your outing is over to the couch.

Aromas of ripe strawberry, passion fruit and grapefruit with hints of melon and grass.

This beer erupts with a floral, hoppy taste, followed by a well rounded malty middle, finishing with a nicely organic hop flavor. Locally sourced two row grain and a blend of specialty malts give our amber its rich taste. Further complexity is achieved by leaving the beer unfiltered. Lastly, we dry hop with locally grown, Yakima valley hops creating what has become the original, cult classic, northwest amber ale.

This cider is the perfect complement to some summer fun, or if you are stuck inside and just want to get that brief glimpse of how much fun the rest of us are having. Real lemon and fresh basil make this a sassy bouquet of awesome to enjoy year- round.
